Tickets are on sale now for three Chef Experience dinners in May at the state-of-the-art Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen at Arc Broward, in support of Arc Culinary’s mission to transform the lives of students with disabilities through the culinary arts. Tacos & Tequila Fiesta on Friday, May 3 at 7 p.m. will feature tequila-based drinks paired with a menu featuring the flavors of Mexico; Memphis Style BBQ Bash on Friday, May 17 at 7 p.m., highlights Southern barbecue; and Gastronomic Adventure on Thursday, May 30 at 7 p.m. is an elevated evening of fine dining. Each four-course Chef Experience features two ways to partake: the interactive Chef’s Table, $99 per person; or communal seating, $89 per person. Prices include gratuity and alcoholic beverages (either beer, wine or tequila-based drinks based on the menu). Chef Experiences at Arc Culinary are sponsored by Amazon.
