Description

Plan ahead and join us for our 2019 Annual Symposium Growing a Living wall: Create Vertical Gardens with Purpose on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 8:15am – 2:00pm at the EBRP Main Branch Library on Goodwood Blvd., a new venue for the program. Shawna Coronado along with Jeanne and Stephen Luna will reveal the potential of dramatic vertical green walls and hanging gardens to create a sense of natural wonder in urban spaces and to connect us to plant life. The concept of these planting systems began in Europe but is now becoming popular all over the world as people become more aware of their aesthetic and environmental benefits. Shawna Coronado is a successful author, blogger, photographer, and media host specializing in green lifestyle living from Illinois. Jeanne and Stephen Luna are the owners of Luna Botanicals in New Orleans.
