The Sunshine Certificate in Nonprofit Management program assists the professional development of anyone involved in the nonprofit sector.

This class covers PLANNING: Power Vision and Strategic Thinking.

Power vision develops a shared vision of your future, then determines how to make it a reality. Engaging in strategic planning allows your organization to create a map to your desired destination. As Yogi Berra noted, “If you don’t know where you are going, you might end up someplace else.”

Florida Nonprofits was the first organization in Florida to offer a certificate program.  With a more than 25-year history, the program is more popular than ever. The SCNM is presented in cooperation with Nova Southeastern University Fischler School of Education and Broward College.

Each step in your plan must be reviewed and the resources to make it work must be identified to ensure long-term success for your organization.
